Ruth Hudspeth is committed to taking great care of people who are looking to buy or refinance a home. She has been in the mortgage industry since 1988. After graduating from University of Missouri in 1986, Ruth was a top-producing loan originator in the triad before obtaining her Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University in 1994. She opened the first Winston- Salem branch of Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation with her business colleague, Bill Reynolds, in 2007. Ruth and Bill now have branches in Greensboro, Burlington, Fayetteville, Shallotte & Hickory, and serve as mortgage lenders throughout North Carolina.

Ruth is an active member of the Winston-Salem Regional Association of Realtors (WSRAR) and was awarded Affiliate of the Year in 1999, 2004, and 2015 by the organization. She was also awarded WSRAR’s A.R. Tuttle Memorial Award in 2014.

Ruth’s dedication to fairness, integrity, and excellent service has earned her the respect of clients and real estate agents throughout the triad. She lives in Winston-n Salem with her husband, Glenn.
